I ordered two towels on Dec 4, 2022 for a Christmas gift. They didn't arrive until Dec 24th. I received one notification after another about a delay in delivery. When they finally did arrive, in the nick of time for Christmas, I was very disappointed in the lack of quality. The fabric is thin and the sewing is haphazard and messy, with edges not locked down and hanging strings. They might unravel with the first use. They are not hand towel size, but closer to small washcloth. Very disappointed in the towels and entire experience; they're definitely not worth the price.Update - Jan 14, 2023 The seller contacted me to apologize for the delayed delivery and quality issues with the towels. Seemed sincere about making their "team" aware of the problems and offered a full refund. I have received the refund and very much appreciate their effort. Therefore, I'm updating the review and upgrading the rating from 1 to 3 stars for the overall experience.
